As the Insurance Journal reported:

India want to ensure its refiners to have insurance for plants running crude from Iran, Though the government is still afraid to be halted with the Iran’s economy. The Hindustan Petroleum Corporation, the state refiner, is worried with that their cooperation with Iranian crude may not be realized. It can happen in June when the plants may refuse to renew contracts because of western sanctions. India decided to react without no delays and organized an emergency cover for ships that carry Iranian crude.

Oil is as basic as food. Just as you need food, you need oil
as the source said.

It is even hard to imagine how all this positions can be realized. The source did not bring details on how the insurance can be arranged or how much cover can be offered. That special sanctions closed the dealing with European and U.S. companies from deals with Tehran.

The Indian insurers work with the Western reinsurance market. Indian insurance companies have told fellow state refiner MRPL that they will fully cover its facility. It will help to handle large crude vessels in the case when it gives an undertaking not to use the single point mooring for vessels that carry an Iranian crude.

 As the Insurance Journal reported:
The Massachusetts Alliance for Communication and Resolution following Medical Injury was founded in 2012. Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and the Massachusetts Medical Society were first organizations that joined this association. The group is dedicated to the resolution of the medical liability that arise from injuries and patients.

We firmly believe CARe will lead to a demonstrably better way to resolve medical liability cases. It will protect the rights of patients who have been harmed by avoidable events, reduce litigation, and cut health care costs. It will also enhance efforts to improve patient safety
one of the medical profession’s most important.
