The well-known Newtown school massacre provided the wave of measures all around the Connecticut state. To protect responders, educators and other workers that suffered in that terrible accident the Connecticut lawmakers decided to create a special charitable fund. Such a bill was adopted unanimously by the chambers of the General Assembly. A great number of school workers has got psychological trauma. People also found out that workers compensation doesn’t cover the mental health issues.

We can only imagine for a few seconds what they went through in doing their jobs. This legislation is about helping them through this incredibly difficult period,
as the Senate President Donald E. Williams Jr. said.

In some cases people may not fell any psychic disorders at once. Years can past and the results of trauma can appear.

In the aftermath, we know how much this hurts them. It’s not easy to step forward and say, "We need help, we're hurting." And that's why we need to do it for them,
as McKinney noticed.

It was even planned to organize the special meeting with the Columbine High School teachers as the same accident happened in their school five years ago. They tried to explaine that it took them a lot of time to fight with the symptoms of the mental disorders. The new bill also supports the idea that eligible claimants must receive financial assistance for leave their job if mental or emotional disorder has appeared.

As the Insurance Journal reported:
All the states are looking for the new agency owners in Florida.

We see a significant opportunity in the current job climate to attract well capitalized mid-career, mid-level managers to own and operate their own business and represent Allstate in Florida,
as the Allstate’s Florida regional sales leader Bob Jackson noticed.

The idea to add new agencies to the list appeared long ago. According to it last May it was set up to hire two dozen new agency owners. The company pays $5,000 referral bonus to people who refer candidates.
