In order to add your newborn to the Individual Health Insurance Plan, you need to contact your insurance agent, who has all information. Do not forget, that you should add your newborn during 30 days following birth. The adults of the newborn baby to be included into the insurance should be 19 years old and over.


Individual Insurance Plan.
This kind of Plan available for the children under 18 if baby parents or guardians are not included in the same policy. Also insurance policy depending on the state of the location of the child. You can get this information contacting state department of insurance agent, who should have all necessary information.


State Health Insurance Program.

Medicaid is a government assistance program. The availability to use this program depends on your income. Depending on the state you can use some special local program. In order to get all necessary information, you need to contact state department of insurance.
